5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by Adept Web Studio shall remain the property of Adept Web Studio unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Adept Web Studio and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the agreement. In such cases, any outstanding payments will become immediately due.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adept Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
